Background
As part of their business transformation, our financial services client provided wireframes and possible user flows for an account management area. Once developed, this area would enable their customers to view and manage their accounts online.
Mode=Create were asked to create a hi-fidelity prototype that introduced the brand assets to the wireframes and enable the client to conduct user testing prior to development.
We iterated and improved all screens in mobile and desktop views and formed a fully functioning prototype that allowed users to register, login and manage an account as if it were fully developed.
